Formentera on social media

The Empathic Listening project aims to understand the different online actions and reactions of tourists visiting the island of Formentera as a tourist destination from various tourist markets (Spanish, English, French, Italian, and German) with the aim of helping the destination better understand tourist reactions and make the best decisions.

Data related to online comments generated on the internet and various social networks from June 2021 to 2023 are presented.
